From Exhibition Showcase to Production Site
PiMMS Group showcased the KINGT KGT-1600H single-pass corrugated printer at Eurasia Packaging Istanbul. After the exhibition, the team packed the machine, which was subsequently delivered to the production site in Turkey.
The project was intended to expand production capabilities and introduce greater flexibility into corrugated packaging operations.
Once the machine arrived at the production site, KINGT provided on-site installation, commissioning, sample printing, and operator guidance to help prepare the equipment for its intended applications.

On-Site Installation and Commissioning
The installation process covered several key stages:
1.Machine positioning and leveling: Adjusting the machine's position at the production site.
2.Printhead installation: Installing the printheads and carrying out fine adjustments.
3.Machine commissioning: Completing setup checks before starting print jobs.
4.Sample printing: Running initial jobs to evaluate printing performance.
5.Operator guidance: Helping operators become familiar with the machine's operating process.
For businesses evaluating a corrugated board printing machine, equipment specifications are only one part of the purchasing decision. Proper installation, commissioning, and operator guidance are also important when preparing new equipment for production.
KGT-1600H: Key Specifications
The KGT-1600H is a single-pass digital printing system designed for industrial corrugated board applications.
Printing speed: Up to 75 m/min, depending on configuration and operating conditions.
Media width: 400–1,600 mm.
Board thickness: 1.5–20 mm.
Feeding system: Automatic leading-edge feeder.
Job changeover: Approximately one minute, according to the product specification.
The machine features a strong, intelligent suction platform and a high-precision leading-edge feeder to support sheet handling during printing.
Digital printing eliminates the need for conventional printing plates for each new design. This can help packaging manufacturers manage artwork changes and customized orders more flexibly. Actual production speed and print results depend on the machine configuration, print requirements, board characteristics, and operating conditions.
